Christie's Bistro, University of Manchester

Built in 1890 as the new Study of Education, one hundred years later, the Christie Science Library was converted into a Bistro and still houses endless rows of original books and documents.

Christie's Bistro ethos focuses on locally and ethically sourced, organic, free range and Fairtrade ingredients. Open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, the Bistro has an interesting all day menu. It's a fantastic location to enjoy anything from a coffee to lunch or afternoon treat.
