Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital is Michigan's first hospital-based, organic greenhouse, producing healthy fruit and vegetables, many of which are used in their cafe and patient meals. In addition, they also offer tours, cooking demonstrations and gardening classes.
Our catering consultancy, Montfort Catering Consultants is currently working with a number of visitor attractions, where produce from their gardens is used in their visitor cafes and restaurants. Why not then in hospitals?
