Of course, a great location and a sunny day play a big part
in achieving good ice cream sales. However, it would seem that everyone is
still in love with ‘retro’ catering vans and wherever we see them we always see
big queues! It doesn’t matter if its visitor catering, employee dining or a
university refectory, something different is likely to create a renewed
awareness and set you apart from the competition.
