It’s certainly a novel way of increasing bottled
beers sales, especially during quieter times. A modern day take on a message in
a bottle but with a targeted approach, Harry's Bar in Singapore has introduced
QR codes on bottled beers. Customers buying a bottle of beer can then use
the QR code to strike up a 'conversation' with someone they are attracted to in
the bar. According to Harry’s, patrons have purchased twice as much bottled beer
