Miniaturisation of both savoury and sweet menu items has
been around for a while now and seems to be becoming ever more popular. For customers requiring just a light bite or a
small sweet treat it is a great way of increasing sales. As well as the
additional sales in realises, customer quite often will pay a premium price for
miniature items in relation to the equivalent same item in a larger size – improving
