Retro catering vans attract attention = Sales


Ice Cream SalesOf course, a great location and a sunny day play a big part in achieving good ice cream sales. However, it would seem that everyone is still in love with ‘retro’ catering vans and wherever we see them we always see big queues! It doesn’t matter if its visitor catering, employee dining or a university refectory, something different is likely to create a renewed awareness and set you apart from the competition.

The result of the three mentors is pop-up venue, Flight BA2012, opening in Shoreditch next month, combining a dining, cinema and art experience.
